The current version of Firefox, version 1.5x, breaks Spellbound, a very handy extension for spell-checking entries in web forms, including the WordPress editor that I use to add entries to this blog. Worth installing if you’re tired of having people point out your spelling mistakes in online message boards, blogs, gallery picture descriptions, etc. This page describes a way to get Spellbound working again with the current version of Firefox:

Thanks for the trackback. I had no idea how useful that would be to people. Glad I could help. ;)
My pleasure. Always nice to give credit where credit is due. And besides, now I know the trackback feature works :-) It was one of the main reasons for my recent move to WordPress.
Man, I wish trackbacks worked on my wordpress install. They haven’t since I upgraded to 2.0.
I just installed a few days ago with version 2.01 and it seems to work. Have you upgraded from 2.0 to 2.01?
Yeah, the 2.01 upgrade fixed them….Thanks!
